R&D Reliability and Validation Engineer

Job Description

• Understand and deriving internal and customer requirements
• Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components,
• Preparing life-time calculations based on aging models
• Planning of product validation tests according to product & system requirements
• Performing test or commissioning of tests according to time schedule and test specifications
• Inspection and analysis of the components
• Root-cause analysis of failures, e.g. wear, cavitation, particle
• Analysis of data from measurements of hydraulic performance, surface profiles, EDX-spectroscopy, SEM
• Interpretation and evaluation of testing data, summarizing the results into an investigation report
• Work in close collaboration with testing, project and design teams as well as in an International Engineering Network
• Making improvements to equipment and processes with AI4.0 approach

Qualifications

• Bs or higher degree in Mechatronics and/or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Technical expertise in understanding of content for the reliability engineering
• Knows/applies Risk Management Plan, Data analysis techniques, Root-Cause Failure Analysis, Life Cycle Asset Management
• If possible experience in Automotive Engineering, Fuel Injection / Fuel Cell Systems and product safety concept
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English and/or German
• Programming skills, if possible experience in data science
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Methodical and structured work habit
• Enthusiastic for engineering as well as Information Technology (IT)
