Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Sales Responsible for Workshop Technical Equipments within Automotive Aftermarket Turkey Organization (AA/STR).

Your contribution to something big:

  • Responsible for sales workshop equipment and services within Turkey
  • Complete customer management of related dealers
  • Responsible for turnover achievement of respective customers
  • Receivables and payment management with the customer
  • Creation of new customers / distribution channels
  • Risk management
  • Project management of new customer acquisitions and new product acquisitions
  • Realization of market and competitor analysis
  • Follow International and national trade requirements / legal aspects and coordinate them with related product managers
  • Responsible for running product / service campaigns with customers
  • Management of all customer requirements
  • Represents Bosch in front of customers, non governmental organizations and all other external stake holders

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in sales is a positive asset.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and all stake holders.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Competency in negotiation management
