Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a SAP HCM Senior Consultant .

Your contribution to something big:

- Consulting our central and international customers (Bosch internal)
- Resolution of Incidents, Problems and Service requests
- Ensure continuous business critical operation across time zones in close coordination with different central and local departments
- Main contact for data centre and solution operation management
- Consulting of our HR customers on HR IT topics
- Resolution of Incidents, Problems and Service Requests in the area of SAP HCM PA, PY, PT
- Evaluation, planning and implementation of Rollout projects and Change Requests
- Coordination of upgrade activities (legal and functional)
- Cooperation with geographically distributed IT teams (EU, AM, AP)
- Contracting and coordination of IT tasks with External Service Providers
- Monitoring of support processes
- Application of Leader CIP principles for continuous improvement of the solution
- Support of developer test activities

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

- Very good knowledge of Core HR processes
- Project Management skills
- Excellent SAP HCM knowledge (>5 years)
        - PA, OM
        - Payroll and Time Management (incl. schemas and PCRs)
        - ESS / MSS, Workflows
        - Development Workbench incl. ALE, Idoc
- Very good communication skills in English
- Ability to manage an international team of software developers and external service providers
