Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Being part of traning and development process
• Assistance of training and development activities in the plant
• Coordination and support for training documentations in the shopfloor
• Close communication with team leaders and related parties in training and development process
• Assistance to reporting of training activities

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• '3rd year' undergraduate and postgraduate students in related fields.
• Able to work at least 2-3 days per week in Bosch Bursa Plant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-confidence and learning ambition
• Being collaborative and good relations with other sections
• The ability to work independently, proactive & flexible in a change-oriented environment
• Eagerness to learn and improve her/himself
• Being able to manage complex situations and timelines
• Self disciplined and self motivated profile
• Good command in English
• Good use of MS-Office tools
