Job Description

In our Automative Aftermarket organization you will be responsible for;

• Developing automotive technologies related technical training content inline with global Automotive Aftermarket Training Teams,
• Planning and delivering technical trainings to Bosch Car Service Network in Turkey and Middle East organization inaccordance with central guidelines, strategies and local requierements,
• Supporting Bosch Car Service Network for continuous technical & soft skill improvements
• Planning frequent visits to Bosch Car Service Network to understand the technical training and technical support requirements
• "Learning management system" improvements
• Supporting and consulting Bosch Car Service network by using his/her expertise in the fields of; maintenance, repair and vehicle diagnostics
• Attending "Train the Trainer" trainings in our various European Training Centers
• Collobarating with global traning teams within training and technical services development projects

Qualifications

• Bacheleor's degree in automotive/mechanical/electrical engineering
• Curiosity and deep knowledge in automotive technologies
• Practical know-how and experience in aftersales operations and automotive trainings delivery
• Technical and analytical mindset related with problem solving
• Customer centrict communication approach
• Ability to work within international teams with very good communication skills
• High inner self motivatation and willingness to take initiative in technical aspects
• Experience in "Learning Management Systems"
• Fluency in English and Turkish
