Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Strategic Marketing and Business Development Responsible in Bosch Turkey and Middle East HQ.

Your contribution to something big:

 Business Development (80%):

  • Responsible for Cross Selling& Solutions business in terms of project coordination both for TR and ME Region
  • Industrial cross selling responsibility
  • For Cross Selling business; practice of one face to customer concept & coordinate regional Bus
  • KAM activities for mega accounts
  • Generate regular cross selling reports, prepare extensive ad hoc market analysis, constant search of business potentials
  • Lead giving to both conventional construction and distribution extension projects
  • Project management in regards to strategic partnerships
  • Market entry activities for Bosch business units that are non-existing in TR

Strategic Marketing (20%):

  • Responsible for holistic consulting of marketing & communication activities of all Bosch business units (Consumer Goods, Energy& Building Solutions, Industrial Technologies, Mobility Solutions)
  • Coordinate common campaigns
  • Responsible for initiating one Bosch marketing campaigns
 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in  Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Master degree is a plus.
  • Min 5 years experience in business development, strategic  marketing functions.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Advanced Analytical skills.
  • Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer-orientation and networking skills.
  • Excellent team worker.
  • Multi-task management skills.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
