QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification
• University graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in CFD
• Good knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and/or combustion chemistry
• Experience on CFD-software as e.g. CFX, Fluent, AVL Fire, OpenFOAM
• Good knowledge in English and/or German language is appreciated
• Able to work in a multinational environment with employees from different cultures
• CFD-Analysis of complex fluid flow problems to support the design of high pressure gasoline direct injection valves
• Preparing spray designs and simulation of combustion processes inside the cylinder
• Close interaction with experimentalists to benchmark your simulation results
• Presenting and discussing your simulation results with internal and external customers
