Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Sales Operations Responsible.

Your contribution to something big:     

- Support Sales Teams in order to ensure efficient sales processes
- Customer/Distributor Sales Operations Management (Order & delivery, export sales, transit trade )
- Follow-up Customers/Distributors financial accounts and coordination between related departments
- Supporting sales team in daily operations
- Daily / Weekly reports for orders, backlogs & inventory
- Improving processes in line with company strategies
- Being a coordinator between global production plants and customers for overseas export operations

Qualifications

- University degree preferably in Industrial engineering, Business Administration, Foreign trade
- Experience in sales operations, order planning, foreign trade operations
- Preferably knowledge in Letter of Credit operations
- Excellent command of English
- Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills
- Proactive & eager to learn new things
- Team work and collaboration skills
- Customer oriented
- Ability to work with ERP systems e.g.SAP
- Analytical approach in work and ability to develop systems for analysis
