- Assistance recruitment processes
- Supporting preonboarding&onboarding processes
- Organizing trainings and prepare reports after trainings
- Supporting internal organizations & motivational activities
- Benchmarking with other companies (searching about related topics for guidance&prepare presentation)
- Supporting personnel affairs, administration processes
- Being responsible for applications of personnel related policies & procedures
- Being part of Smart Start activities
What distinguishes you
- '3rd year' undergraduate and postgraduate students (preferably from Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations departments)
- Minimum 3 full days attendance is required during school period
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Excellent command in English
- Being collaborative and customer oriented
