Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Human Resources Smart Starter.


Your contribution to something big:

Assistance recruitment processes
Preparing and following up checklists for recruitment and exit processes
Supporting preonboarding&onboarding processes
Organizing trainings and prepare reports after trainings
Supporting internal organizations & motivational activities
Benchmarking with other companies (searching about related topics for guidance&prepare presentation)
Supporting personnel affairs, administration processes and keeping updated the personnel scan folder
Being responsible for applications of personnel related policies & procedures
Being part of Smart Start activities

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

'3rd year' undergraduate and postgraduate students (preferably from Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations departments)
Minimum 3 full days attendance is required during school period, 5 days attendance is preferable.
Having career plan in HR department
Excellent level of English
Advanced MS Office knowledge
Being collaborative and customer oriented
Excellent communication skills
Eager to learn
