Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Development Engineer.

Your contribution to something big:

• Understands the needs of customers through investigation in requirements and brings solution proposals
• Being responsible for development, testing and calculation of combi boilers functional design
• Creates solution alternatives for development concepts, performs concept comparison and defines the comparison criteria
• Performs required development capability tests, conforms to internal pass criteria and prepares reports
• Identifies problems and risks accurately during testing and seeks expert advice
• Knows the contents of internal and international development and testing standards
• Reads, applies, understands information in design guidelines
• Prepares technical specifications with guidance of responsible engineers
• Focuses on technical risks in a structured way, brings smart actions and communicates with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering / Energy Systems Engineering background (MSc or PhD degree is preferred)
• High level knowledge on thermodynamic, fluid mechanics, heat transfer and professional experience on this areas
• At least 3 year experience with similar position in R&D
• Strong technical background, result orientation and analytical thinking skills in highly agile environment
• Advance Turkish and English level
• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills
