Job Description

• Plan and coordinate the creation of high-quality, user-centered multimedia product information focusing on technical documentation for Air Conditioning products in the EMEA region
• Collaborate with the editorial team, engineering, product management and training department in Germany, Turkey as well as other international locations
• Coordinate the translation process of product instructions with external and internal stakeholders and assists in the review process and publications
• Drive special projects for the digitization of product instructions and elaborate respective concepts
• Develop and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP and product data for Air Conditioning components, as well as initiate and follow-up changes in BOM.
• Coordinate and execute technical change management and delete discontinued products
• Plan, track and report the completion progress to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• University or technical college degree in a mechanical area or comparable; or hold a journalism degree in a combination with a strong interest in technical topics
• Communicative, self-driven, proactive and have the affinity to work out new things
• Structured and analytical and have the ability to coordinate topics and stakeholders
• 3-5 years experience in the area of Product Management or Engineering (ideally of Air Conditioning products in international context) as a technical writer/editor proficient with Microsoft office tools.
• Able to work comfortably with different cultures.
• Open to travel
• Fluent in English and very good command of technical dictionary. Further European languages an advantage
