Our multinational client in FMCG sector is looking for a FP&A Manager with production and commercial experience.

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance
  
• MBA with a major in Finance or Accounting is “preferable”
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office Applications
  
• Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses
  
• Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and leadership Skills
  
• Strong Analytical and problem solving Skills
  
• Negotiation Skills
  
• Background in process improvement
  
• Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction

Job Description

• Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans
• Regularly evaluate the business performance against objectives/ targets and define & initiate corrective action if needed
• Compare and analyze detailed budgets vs. actual and conclusions reached on significant variances; automate summary reporting
• Manage month-end financial results and analysis Support Package Owners. Also the monthly estimates and include risk and opportunity assessments
• Drive annual plan, quarterly and monthly forecasting
• Build and/or maintain financial models
• Financial analysis and planning; reporting; taxation; insurance; credit control; accounts payable and receivable; inventory and costs control
• Budgeting and forecasting. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to develop and implement accounting systems and processes that align with the organization’s overall vision and its current and long-term business objectives
• Review the organization’s financial reports to ensure they have been accurately prepared and present findings and recommendations to the top executive group and/or Board
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and lead various other financial projects·         
• Monitors, reviews and evaluates for cost-reduction opportunities
• Monitors that Cost / Ton within the budget and initiates action plans within departments to do so
• Manages to have Opex within the budget
• Informs departments of the company to matches the Forecasted Targets %
• Trusted advisor to the Head of Controlling and CFO. Proactively collaborate, influence, and align the company’s planning processes to achieve the overall company results
