Our client in niche segment of healthcare services is looking for "Head of Operations" with future career opportunities.
Location: Ankara
Job description:
- Responsibility and ownership of operations of the company namely:
Logistics, Laboratory,Customer Service, Administration, IT
- People management of above listed departments (10 people)
- Communication with external stakeholders/authorities (incl. Ministry of Health)
- Close cooperation with Sales Manager and Finance Manager
- Cooperation and reporting to the Group and Local Board
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work in a healthcare company
- 10 years of experience on similar position
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of operations management
- Practical experience with use of CRM systems
- Multitask, optimistic
