Knowledge / Skills / Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Experience in mobile application design and web
• Proficient with Figma, Sketch or Illustrator design tools
• Enthusiasm to solve user problems
• Passion for interaction design with strong emphasis on conversion optimization and A/B testing
• BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and tools and a thorough understanding of user-centric design

• Create robust, attractive, scalable component based design for mobile applications and the web
• Conducting end to end visual design stages from concept to final product
• Translating high-level requirements into interaction flows to create simple and functional user interfaces
• Use qualitative research and data to inform your designs
• Able to create icons, design guidelines and solve problems with creativity
• Able to create visual designs according to company's style guide
• Able to collaborate to expand company's style guide
• Working closely with Product Managers and Developers
• Perform user research and evaluate customer behaviors/feedback to understand pain points
• Stay up to date on current and best design practices and industry standards
• Refinement of deliverable standards and work to a fixed timetable
