QUALIFICATIONS

· University Degree in Law, Economy, Business Administration faculties

· Minimum 8 years of professional working experience

· Minimum 5 years of professional experience in contract preparation/ negotiations/ management/ and tender process in international and/or domestic projects

· Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred

· Work experience and profound knowledge on National and International Public Procurement Rules and Legislations is an asset, FIDIC is preferable

· Having knowledge and a solid understanding of legal terminology of international contracts

· Having proven skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving contract-related issues

· Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications

· Very fluent in both written and spoken English

· Excellent using of MS office programmes especially Word and Excel

· Proficiency with reporting and budgeting

· Ability to work under stress and within tight deadlines

· Very good drafting, coordination, analytical and strategic planning skills

· Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively

· No military service obligation for male candidates

· No travel restriction domestic and abroad

· Living in or able to live in Ankara.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions for national and international projects in accordance with the strategic targets of the company,

· Reviewing, updating, and auditing existing contracts, managing the changes of the contract, analyzing, and reporting the risks,

· Reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts with the customer and company management,

· Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts,

· Providing guidance on contract terms and conditions and monitoring transaction compliance of the signed contract (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) if needed.
