QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
•University degree in architecture, engineering and/or technician equivalent education and experience
•Minimum 3-years-experience in a similar activity
•Strives for improvement and innovation.
•Strong document control capabilities.
•Strong team player, capable of establishing productive working relationships with internal and external parties.
•Performance driven. Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure.
•Basic competence in English (fluent desirable), in addition to the country language.
•Experience managing Contractors in the field of quantity controls
•Experience managing contracts, including resolution of disputes.
•Literate in Microsoft Office suite and CAD applications.
•Good oral and written communication skills

İŞ TANIMI
Purpose of Role:Purpose of Quantity Surveyor job, provide pre-construction pack and final accounting quantity surveying services in all Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Marketing and Design Contracts for retail sites within BP Fuels Turkey.
Key Accountabilities Expected from Role:
•Adhere to the Code of Conduct and leadership in HSSE.
•Hold overall HSSE and OMS application responsibility for all projects within its area.
•Site scope and definition based on site survey and drawings, pre-construction details pack preparation for tenders and offers. Quantity surveying / estimation of retail sites construction and maintenance projects (construction, electrical, mechanical, branding, etc)
•Knowledge method of measurements
•Capability to manage the price list to be applied to pay
•Creates and modifies necessary reports based on the requirements.
•Measuring each individual project against its baseline KPIs
•Analyses and reports the project costs
•Prepare supporting files for annual forecast
•Support preparation of FMs
•Monitor fix assets
•Manage fix asset transfer and invoicing
•Follow up fix assets in warehouses and deliver monthly report
•Support finance team (if needed)

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
