-Proven in depth experience in digital marketing.

İŞ TANIMI
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the digital strategy and through it provide our customers and consumers with best-in-class digital experiences which drive increased loyalty and engagement and deliver improved commercial results for the business.
Key Accountabilities Expected from Role:
-Accountable for delivery of the digital marketing agenda across Turkey & Ukraine & Central Asia.
-Be the ‘go to’ digital expert for the marketing team in topics such as: Search Engine Optimisation, Digital Platforms and Standards, Social Media, Google Analytics, GDN, SEM, Adwords, Digital media planning/purchasing) and Reporting. Keep the business abreast of trends and positioned to take advantage of relevant new developments and be a key partner in educating and transferring knowledge of digital across the marketing and commercial teams.
-Manage, control and update Castrol’s digital assets, e.g. Website, Oil Selector, WTB Tool as well as work together with relevant spaces to manage social media accounts
-E-Commerce: Support sales and relevant marketing team members to explore and implement the right E-commerce model, potential partners and new business opportunities.
-Lead generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns to create a constant pipeline of prospects in different channels.
-Provides digital input into each space marketing communication and customer relationship management plan, providing market trend information as well as supporting/input providing to digital part of channel specific projects (i.e. CAS)
-Manage digital agencies, web developers and other suppliers in order to successfully deliver the digital agenda through analysing digital key metrics and programme effectiveness evaluations.
-Work with global marketing teams and IT&S to deliver against digital properties required by the business.
