QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose of Role:

The role of Sales Support Coordinator is a key position within the Fleet Sales Team, defining and shaping fleet sales, sales support and CSU processes and ensuring the workflows are robust and align with the fleet sales growth strategies. This role supports Fleet Sales Support and Key Account manager for the development, revision, monitoring of the Fleet strategy and acts as a gate keeper for fleet KPIs.

The nature of the role will require significant interaction with other departments/stakeholders to achieve alignment.

The post holder will coordinate the workflow and communication between fleet sales, sales support and CSU teams, support fleet sales team about sales / profitability / prospect and new customer sales issues. The optimization and management of the volume-margin mix of base customer segment through will also be a part of the role.

In partnership with the Customer Service Unit and territory managers, the ongoing satisfaction of the customers has to be a permanent focus. There is a strong emphasis on working closely with CSU and Process Management teams.

S/he with customer responsive mentality will coordinate the sales support activities as a gate keeper with the aspiration of being the number one fuels supplier in Turkish fleet market.

Key Accountabilities Expected from Role:

•Manage relationships w other departments mainly CSU/ Tax/ Legal/ Finance/ Pricing

•Ensure key fleet sales, sales support and CSU processes through detailed process maps, identify development areas, reshape the processes when/if needed and ensure the workflows are robust and align with the fleet sales growth strategies.

•Coordinate common processes of fleet sales with other sales channels and other deparmants

•Prepare and update procedures regarding key fleet sales activities in conjunction with related teams when needed.

•Provide support Fleet Sales Support and Key Account manager on daily sales activities by preparing; dealer profit / contribution and performance reports.

•Respond to ad-hoc analysis required by the senior management throughout the year.

•Lead the customer communication process and coordinate communication design with marketing and CSU teams in major system changes effecting customer satisfaction.

•Responsible for O2C processes for Fleet cucstomers via CAB, CDD procedures and ac t as focal point for any daily adhoc customers requests in related sales collectors.

•University degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
