We are looking for a Credit Control and Operations Specialist for our Journey.

What should you have before you hit the road?

·       I have a bachelor’s degree from Management/Economics or relevant field

·       I can speak, write and communicate fluently in English

·       I have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields

·       I can use SAP

·       I have strong and thorough understanding of accounting

·       If I had financial operations experience, especially in a company with a dealership infrastructure and/or retail points would be an asset

·       I have ability to analyze problems and make recommendations for improvements

·       I have strong strategic, analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills

·       I am able to work independently

·       I am good at planning and organizing

·       I am a team player

·       I can start my own journeys with my excellent written and communication skills.

·       I’m ready to take on new adventures with my open-minded, enthusiastic and observer character

What will you encounter on the journey?

You will be reporting to Credit Control Manager

You will be fully responsible for coordinating the financial operations of the domestic dealer network and being responsible for the risk management process

You will be responsible from following the current accounts of the customers, to make regular reconciliations and account analyzes

You will be taking over responsibility for day-to-day order follow up

You will be responsible from preparation of monthly regular aging receivable and risk reports

You will be responsible from the calculations of late interests

You will be responsible from entry of invoices into the system related with all domestic commercial goods return, price differences, etc.

You will be following-up receivables insurance processes

You will be approving dealer orders according to credit limits

You will be responsible from days sales outstanding, analysis of overdue, collections and debts
