We are looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist for our Journey.

What should you have before you hit the road?

·        I have a bachelor’s degree

·        I have minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal or external communication

·        I have strong experience in event management and content creation

·        I am able to develop and maintain collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, third parties, with coordination and organizational skills.

·        I can work across multiple stakeholders to quickly gather details to develop proactive and fast - moving reactive communication in a fast - paced environment.

·        I have project management capabilities and can work with cross functional teams together to deliver results.

·        I’m able to set, follow up and measure objectives for a sustainable success

·        I demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, an enthusiasm for continuous improvement

·        I have high written and oral communication skills and strong attention to details

·        I have advanced command of written and spoken English

·        I have no obstacle to travel.

·        I am open-minded, enthusiastic, observer and ready to take on new adventures

What will you encounter on the journey?

·        You will be reporting to Corporate Communications Manager

·        You will develop and implement strategic communication plans in line with the corporate communication strategy.

·        You will be leader of dealer communication activities in line with the company’s business strategies to enhance relationship and create common purpose with the dealer community and deploy company messages.

·        You will be responsible for creating engagement contents and developing materials (videos, posts, engagement tools) for the dealer community platform working together with marketing team and third parties.

·        You will plan (from budget to concept) and manage dealer meetings and incentive trips working together with event agencies to create the best experience.

·        You will be responsible to develop new communication projects for different stakeholders to create value for the society in line with the company’s priorities such as social responsibility and sustainability.

·        You will be responsible to prepare presentations, social media contents and press releases working together with PR and related agencies on project basis

·        You will support the communication needs of internal departments such as coordination of the sponsorships & expo attendances.

·        You will also take role in internal communication and employer branding projects in line with your responsibilities.
