ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

BAT is looking for SC Planning Engineers that will be responsible for various SC projects and processes.

Reports to: Logistics Manager, Scheduling Manager

Geographic Scope: Samsun

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Work on MRP and be responsible for material planning
• Support production planning and scheduling
• Work on production capacity planning
• Export customers deployment planning
• Review and improve overall SC processes
• Identify and measure SC KPIs
• Support IWS processes and transformation in supply chain
• Execute automation and saving projects
• Sustainability awareness, eager to participate and create, work in projects to contribute to a better tomorrow agenda

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• University graduate from Industrial Engineering departments or other engineering departments with supply chain experience
• Good command of written and spoken English 
• Good level of MS Office Applications, SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Experience in Supply Chain (planning, warehousing, transportation) is a plus
• Highly motivated and ambitious 
• Strong Leadership, communication, and planning skills
• Ability to coordinate and negotiate with relevant stakeholders
• Teamwork with the ability to establish positive relations both internally and externally
• Well-developed project management and coordination capabilities
