Your Responsibilities

/ Being responsible for System design of software with focus on Customer Service processes

/ Analyzing and processing specifications in order to develop a standardized template for international usage

/ Preparing of detailed and elaborated Process Analysis documents and "Business Requirement" documents for the development team

/ Creating test scenarios and testing the versions

/ Organizing Roll out activities

/ Preparing of user guide, training documents or any additional template documents

Your Profile

/ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

/ Minimum 2-3 years experience as Business Analyst preferably in a Customer Service department

/ Spare part logistics experiences are preferred, and SAP CRM is a big asset

/ Fluent in English both written and verbal, and German or any other language is a big asset

/ Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment with global IT team and business units

/ Good communication and intercultural skills and ability to work under stress

/ No restriction to travel abroad
