Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success in Customer Service department (includes Contact Center , Field Management , Spare Part Logistic , Marketing ..etc functions). The position will directly work with Customer Service Director. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ To coordinate and track major projects, regular and ad-hoc reportings about KPIs and all other entity activities within the Customer Service organization to achieve strategic goals

/ Driving and analysing Customer Service processes & CRM data to define improvement areas and activities and ensure that all development activities are performed

/ To sustain coordination and joint work between internal and external departments and giving consultancy for Customer Service process

/ Prioritizing and manage multiple cross-functional process improvements and projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in engineering, informatics, management information systems, business administration

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must,

/ Minimum 5 years similar experience in white goods or fast moving consumer products, CS related project management, business development functions,

/ Excellent MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge, able to analyse and use special system & tools

/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working with organizational ability and desire
