Your Responsibilities

/ Organize, coordinate and control daily production, meet deadlines,realize maximum machine and team productivity, achieve the highest quality with optimum resource management

/ Manage projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost

/ Manage lean production and problem-solving activities within the areaof responsibility

/ Support technical changes in production, relatedto product changes, new machine and process startups

/ Manage and monitor training/development of his team, fosters a strong team culture

Your Profile

/ Graduated from Chemical, Metallurgical, and Materials, Industrial, Manufacturing,Mechanical, Engineering, or relevant engineering degree with a production background

/ Process experience preferably inenameling, paint shop, printing,silicone, and similargluing, production processes,and machinery

 / Proven track record of developing and executing process improvements that add value to the organization, experiencein Statistical Process Control, 6-Sigma,Lean production, Kaizen, problem-solving techniques, TPM

/ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

/  Business level English, advanced level MS Office applications
