Your Responsibilities

/ Monitoring and reporting regional trends and innovation related developments for focus markets

/ Owning implement and continuously improve regional innovation management process

/ Continuously seeking for new innovative product and service ideas and managing implementation processes for prioritized ones

/ In alignment with BSH Head Office and regional Innovation teams, identify and evaluate appropriate external sources for trend monitoring

/ Acting as an outsider thinker for Business Units to develop innovative products

/ Managing and coordinating region specific innovation projects together with related stakeholders

Your Profile

/ Engineering, Business Administration or Economics degree, Master's degree from a related field is preferred

/ Strong command of oral and written English; fluency in German is also preferred

/ Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Innovation, Corporate Strategy, Digital Strategy, Product Marketing or Management Consulting

/ Having a start-up experience (regardless of having failed or succeeded) is a plus

/ Curiosity for continuous innovation idea and partnership scouting

/ Interpersonal skills and stamina for coordinating and aligning multiple local and global stakeholders. Can do attitude and industrious personality for continuous trial and errors
