Your Responsibilities

/ Review translation of legaldocumentsincluding complexpatentspecifications

/ Coordinate maintenance fee payments

/ Ensure that corporate data base is properly updated

/ Review all outside counsel invoices (IP, litigation, regulatory, etc.) for appropriateness and process for payment with manager's approval

/ Prepare regular reports on new disclosures, filings, issuances, and other IP statistics

/ Monitor competitor’s intellectual property activities by using publications and databases

Your Profile

/ University degree in Business Administration, InternationalRelations,etc

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is anasset

/ Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential

/ Professional, highly organized and detail-oriented

/ Excellent interpersonal communication (both verbal and written)

/ Discrete with sensitive information

/ Curious about technology
