Your Responsibilities

/ Lead sustaining & cost reduction projects in the Cooking Development Lifecycle department

/ Support & lead quality improvement projects

/ Implement change management projects in local and global organizations

/ Analyzing the problem and following problem-solving steps within 8D and 6 sigma approach

/ Improve 3-D part design for carry-over parts

Your Profile

/  Bachelors or master's degree, in engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) and min. 3 years experience about R&D life cycle or R&D structural teams

/ Sheet metal and plastic part design knowledge and advanced technical drawing knowledge including GD&T

/ Experience in 3-D & 2-D Tolerance analysis and advanced Problem-solving skills with  6 Sigma & 8D approach

/ CAD & PLM software skills are a must, NX knowledge is an asset

/ Requires experience with change management and new product and new product implementation systems
