Your responsibilities

/ Implementation of the new product projects in line with the project missions (in target time, cost & quality)

/ Ownership of project budget, cost and profitability

/ Review of project objectives with the steering committee planning, controlling and reporting of the projects

/ Preparation of the project application and submission for approval

/ Coordination of the allocated project resources

/ Representing the project internally and externally (also internationally) 
Information and communication within the project team and with internal and external project stakeholders

/ Maintenance of project documentation as well as surveying and provision of lessons learned

/Responsibility for risk and opportunities management 

Your profile

/ Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)

/ +3 years proven working experience as a project manager/sub project manager  in multinational and/or cross functional environment for new product development/introduction

/ Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in cooling products is an advantage

/ Having entrepreneurial way of thinking 

/ Ability to adapt to changes and willing to learn

/ Experience in Scrum Methodology is an asset

/ Analytical, innovative and customer-oriented approach with good business understanding 

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must 

/ Good communication and  teamwork skills
