Your Responsibilities

/ Driving all kind of process management and improvement activities for T-MEA-CIS Region countries; including management, consultancy and prioritization of cross-functional process improvement activities digital solutions and platforms 

/ Managing, mobilization & development of the team upon company and department strategy targets

/ Ensuring correct, transparent and on time implementation of governance activities 

/ Driving, tracking and reporting of Internal Control System on Regional level 

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, MIS or Industrial Engineering 

/ Minimum 5 years ( incl.2 years team management experience ) mainly in Process Management & Optimization, Business Analysis;  Project Management; Governance i.e. document management topics

/ SAP Module concultancy background is asset for strong process management capability & know how 

/ Experience in Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum or Change Management methodologies is highly preferrable

/ Excellence in interpersonal skills with HQ departments, BPT leaders regional and global stakeholders
