Your Responsibilities

You think it is time for something different? Then you are at the right place! You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success. Expect exciting projects and versatile tasks, such as;

/ Develops and designs new  complex gas components, assemblies and systems according to the BSH product development processes.

/ Tracks and takes part in the process for realizing the parts from modeling to tool placement and finally releasing for the production.

/ Organizes design FMEAs and participates to process FMEAs.

/ Performs technical reviews and gives consultancy in problem solving and in part design processes.

/ Executing technical analysis and necessary actions with engineering infrastructures & knowledge suchas mechanical, material, engineering calculation methods

/ Participates to predevelopment activities and bring technical solutions for the implementation of new ideas and features.

/ Leads cross-functional teams for cost reduction, quality and production improvement as sustaining the parts in the production at the required quality and efficiency level

Your Profile

/ University degree in B.Sc./M.Sc.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related departments.

/ Min 5 years Gas component development experience and in this term standard & norm knowledge for specific components

/ Experience & knowledge in white good industry preferable

/ Having deep CAD and technical drawing knowledge and experience preferably on Siemens NXor similar platforms

/ Metal components material behaviour and sheet metal molding & stamping knowledge

/ Fluent English is a must German knowledge is asset

/ Strong analytical skills, and personal initiative

/ Capability to moderate cross functional teams

/ Experience in problem solving activities (8D, 6sigma,Kaizen)

/ Exhibit excellent communication skills and with the ability to work effectively

/ Strong analytic skills, assertiveness, structured way of working, high self motivation and strong personal initiative
