Your Responsibilities

/ Shape product strategy of a specific product segment for Laundry Care products based on Region emerging Markets Business Unit strategy

/ Operationalize product strategy by driving end-to-end activities from product ideation to product offer

/ Ensure mid and long term business success by providing a competitive product portfolio within a specific product segment

/ Define and manage a competitive program portfolio for responsible product segment with long-term view (5-10years).

/ Full P&L accountability for the product segment results

Your Profile

/ University degree preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration

/ Min 8 years working experience in product/category management and/or product development

/ Fluent English knowledge is a must

/ Excellent multinational stakeholder management and communication skills

/ Consumer and Market orientation with strong focus on results

/ Agile working principles

/ Experience in leading employees/project members without hierarchical lever
