Your Responsibilities

/ Taking active role to manage and drive projects in Customer Service department in various countries

/ Defining the scope of project deliveries with the stakeholders

/ Leading the team from a project perspective and ensuring on time project delivery within agreed scope and budget

/ Controlling project requirements, scope, and change management issues systematically

 Your Profile 

/ University degree preferably in Engineering

/ Very good command of written and spoken English to be able to manage business processes effectively with customers in different countries

/ Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Project Management (PMP certification is a plus)

/ Customer oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working

/ No restriction for overseas travel
