QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

/ Defining and applying the Customer Service field strategy based on a multinational and competitive company’s main targets
/ Improving the business processes in order to reach to a satisfying productivity and acceptable gainings.
/ Analyzing and Processing consumer expectations and feedbacks in order to shape company strategy in the field and empower the company’s position in the market
/ Monitoring appliance performance and Customer Service processes and taking necessary actions tor each targets
/ Colloborating with various departments mainly Local and Regional Customer Service departments, Technical Product Management, Factory Quality Management etc.
/ University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Technical Education Faculties like Electrical, Mechanical education
/ Preferably minimum 2 years similar experience in White goods customer service or another customer service sector
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
/ Excellent MS Office (Excel,Powerpoint) knowledge
/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
