Your Responsibilities

/ Lead and coordinate resources for supplier quality topics and management of improvement studies 

/ Managing of supplier quality for supplied parts and components and driving corrective action

/ Monitoring, improving and challenging of quality KPI’s

/ Planning of necessary sources for department e.g. trainings, investments etc

/ Cooperation with local and global counterpartners about supplier related issues

/ Volunteer to be the change agent and to implement advanced methodologies in responsibility areas, such as RPA, Big Data

Your Profile

/ Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electronical Engineering or relevant engineering departments

/ Good knowledge of Quality tools and mindset

/ Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills

/ Experience in problem solving tools like 8D, 6 Sigma

/ Experience in team/Project management

/ Advanced level of English in writing and speaking and German is an asset
