Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial and etc), Math, Informatics or MIS
/ Minimum 2 years team management experience
/ Excellent know-how in visual analytics tool Tableau is essential; Qliksense is plus
/ Minimum 3 years experience in SAP MM&SD or FI-CO modules at least as key user
/ Strong technical experience in SQL Technologies & DB management
/ Experience in Process Mining tool - Celonis 
/ Strong process know –how in order to mine processes and initiate process improvements from different areas

/ Driving roadmap for team to enable KPI related steering activities among regional organization, process mining and ad hoc top level reporting requests
/ Establishing a systematic approach to broaden overall roadmap among T-MEA-CIS region
/ Acting as a hub in the organization for KPI’s to be managed centrally
/ Providing on time/quality/scope analytical ad hoc report requests of top management on data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qliksense, etc..
/ Managing and Deployment plan of regional Celonis rollout projects
/ Driving cultural and behavioural change required to build strong BI Self Service strategy
/ Performing persuasive communication with HQ departments, BPT leaders and global key stakeholders to ensure regulated, legal and compliant activities
