Your Profile
/ Universitydegree in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronic  Engineering department
/ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience inEngineering, Production and/or Metal formingfields and
Project management
/ Team management and leadership skills are required
/ Advanced knowledge of UniGraphics and AutoCAD programs

/ Design and improve of production processes according to lean manufacturing principles
/ Provide machine, equipment, tool and fixtures for prefabrication areas
/ Prepare and manage the annual business plan and forecasts regarding headcount, technical capacity and investment planning in prefabrication area
/  Project leading such as introduction of new product platform, cost reduction, productivity improvements, etc
