Your Responsibilities

/  Administer & supervise 3rd part BSH Service Partners

/ Frequent visits and audits to BSH Service Partners within Marmara region and/or cities

/ Defining KPI’s of partners and following their performance

/ Conducting interviews with the applicants / candidates for new BSH Service Partners and performing service opening/closing operations

/ Analyzing customer feedbacks & NPS trend & real-time surveys and identify possible trends and give feedback to Headquarter

Your Profile

/ University degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Eng.

/ Customer-oriented, Analytical thinking skills, strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills, team management skills

/ Driving license (B class) and no restriction for domestic travel

/ Good knowledge in English, Excellent MS Office competency
