Chassis Team Manager (Development Mechanics)

Your Responsibilities

/ Accountable for Cooling Solo Small Chassis Global Subsystem Architecture: Subsystem Roadmap and its strategy definition together with the KPIs. Accomplishment and achievement of these targets in alignment with Head of Common System 2 and Global Subsystem Representative.

/ Represents subsystem chassis at RM products projects by means of capa planning&allocations, providing necessary solutions to fit subsystems targets and project deliverables.

/ Ensure the development and design of complex components, assemblies, and systems according to the BSH product development processes esp. considering, complexity targets, cost targets, quality expectations (TCR, CTS, 8Ds..), and TTM and IP rights

/ Perform organizational needs including Hiring, Coaching, Competency management, Performance management, Compliance management etc. of the team

/ Collaborate with local and global teams and leaders in order further tor each the global cooling goals.

Your Profile

/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field of engineering), Master's Degree preferred

/ 8+ years of working experience in development and design of consumer products(4+ years experience in leadership position in product development)

/ Good understanding of manufacturing and quality aspects (advanced knowledge atBSH internal systems & processes, production methods is a plus) and experience at systems engineering approaches, NX, MS Office, SAP, Team Center.

/ Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations; architectural thinking,strong project orientation, attention to detail and a commitment to quality.(experience in mentoring of designers team)  and product project experience min. 4 years

/ Analytical and result-oriented thinking, team player, self-managed, assertive and intercultural awareness.
