/Providing supervision, mentorship, and leadership of electrical systems teams located in CLSC

/Define department strategy and concrete targets in accordance with higher organizations

/Organize daily job with team members, in terms of part responsibilities by utilizing Systems Engineering bestpractices

/Contributing to reliability and ensuring the quality of deliverables in internal standards and procedures

/Collaborating with international team leaders and cross-functional teams to scope, plan and monitor engineering activities as E-systems Subsystem Architectfor CLS

Your Profile

/Have a technical degree in a relevant technical discipline (Electrical/ElectronicsEng., controlling. or similar) and proven work experience as a supervisor of engineering team members

/Have significant technical design experience supported with apreviously leading position inprojects, preferably consumer goodselectronics

/Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence team members and stakeholders, effective decision-making, organizational, and time management skills

/Experience in a fast-moving global development environment

/Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
