Your Responsibilities

/ Daily management background with Machines, Presses and Metal Tools including autonomous & planned maintenance

/ To lead and participate daily management/Gemba meetings and improvement activities with Lean Production Systems (e.g. OEE, breakdown, scrap, etc.)

/ Being able to project leadership & coaching and apply Kaizen, 5S, 8D, 6 Sigma and other problem solving methods

/ Have strong collaboration & communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and blue collars management

/ Taking an active role in process changing project with foreign suppliers and familiarity with i 4.0 solutions

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering (Technical University Graduated Optional)

/ Minimum 2 Years Experiences at Pre-Production or Relevant Production Areas (Experience / knowledge in white goods industry preferable)

/ Experiences about metal tool forming and manufacturing methods with presses

/ Fluent English required, German knowledge is an asset 

/ Familiarity with MS Office, Autocad, Solidworks, Technical Drawings, Power BI, Tableau
