Your Responsibilities

/ Daily management background with Assembly Lines and Designshop Area

/ To lead and participate daily management/Gemba meetings and improvement activities with Lean Production Systems (e.g. OEE, breakdown, scrap, etc.)

/ Being able to project leadership & coaching and apply Kaizen, 5S, 8D, 6 Sigma and other problem solving methods

/ Have strong collaboration & communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and blue collars management

/ Taking an active role in process changing project with foreign suppliers and familiarity with i 4.0 solutions

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering (Technical University Graduated is an asset)

/ Minimum 2 Years Experiences at Production or Relevant Production Areas

/ Experiences about 5S, Lean Production, ISO 45001, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO50001, Management, TPM, Ergo. Milling/Welding/Printing experience is an asset

/ Fluent English required, German knowledge is an asset

/ Familiarity with MS Office, Autocad, Technical Drawings, Power BI, Tableau
