Your Responsibilities

/Working in a global development network and defining Software development Turkey strategy to execute

/Led a cross-functional software organization to develop, maintain and integrate within the household appliances for relevant architectures.

/Supervising & coaching the team; organizing and distributing daily tasks among team members

/Contributing to global software development and its strategic goals

Your Profile

/Bachelors or master degree at preferably electronics,computer science,  electrical engineering or similar fields

/Experience in cooling product development; and software development,computer science

/Software Engineering architecture,SW-Design,Coding,Testing experience with SW development process knowhow  e.g. CMMI

/Effective communication, analytical minded, customer oriented approach, holistic view ; good multitasking skills and decision making

/Fluent English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
