We are searching for a Project Specialist - Electrics based in Istanbul (European Side).

Job Responsibilities

·        Working on the study and design of electrical components of elevators supporting quality and cost-driven modifications of the product, as well as new and original design solutions,

·         Making standardization studies and working with global OTIS teams,

·         Working with factory and field teams (quality department, factory engineering, supply chain, sales and field), to follow and support the implementation of the modification in all its phases,

·         Elevator, escalator and moving-walkways foreign and domestic equipment orders,

·         Project control and approval,

·         Equipment control and tracking,

·         Field visits periodically, no travel restrictions, having valid driving licence

Experience and Qualifications     

• Bachelor degree in Engineering field (Prefably Electrical Engineering / Electrical - Electronics Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering departments),
• Skill with reviewing technical drawings,
• Proven history of on-time project delivery,
• Familiarity with elevator components,
• Knowledge of materials characteristics,
• Ability to approach the job with a sense of ownership and a stake in the outcome of their work,
• Champion of process improvement,
• Ability to work with minimal direction, self-starter
