We are searching for a QUALITY SPECIALIST/Continuous Improvement&Operational Excellence to join our team located in İstanbul with below specifications;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree from Engineering Departments (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical & Material, Electrical & Electronical Engineering),
• Knowledge, experience and auditor certificates about Management Systems ( ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), statistical methods, audits, documentation, reviews and internal assessments,
• Min. 3 years experience is preferred,
• Excellent command of English both written & spoken,
• Analytical minded, open to changes, excellent communication, self-discipline, eager to learn,
• Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with the other team members,
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Kaizen philosophy,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,     
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead or assist process optimization/waste elimination projects aligned with Site and Business Unit KPI improvement plans
• Develop Value Stream Maps or Process Maps to identify improvement opportunities for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies including but not limited to VSM, Standard Work, 5S, Lean, and other loss savings and productivity improving activities.
• Identify, plan and lead Kaizen initiatives primarily focused on operations.
• Build effective working relationships throughout the site, interact with supervisors, associates and plant management to meet objectives.
• Conducts root causes analysis to address specific process or quality problems
• Develops standard works, work instructions, and other quick reference material as needed
• Supporting operational excellence in following up IT Digitalization actions related to operations improvement projects,
• Supporting sustainability and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by coordinating and conducting trainings, documentation, risk analysis, auditing and corrective-preventive activities,
• Planning and performing internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance to the requirements of Management Systems
• Performing cause and effect analysis (8D, Kaizen) for nonconformities reported by the customer and suppliers, determine actions and lead technical team to resolve them and follow-up,
• Improvement of Customer Satisfaction.
