QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Here is your opportunity to join Otis, with its more than 160-year legacy of providing the world's most reliable, efficient and technologically advanced elevators, escalators and people-moving systems.

Otis is currently recruiting for a "Sales Specialist - New Projects". The main goal of this role is to sell elevators and escalators for new installation projects based in Central Anatolia and Black Sea Region.


AS A SALES SPECIALIST - NEW PROJECTS, YOU WILL:

•     Qualify thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.

•     Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gain insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client.

•     Estimate, bid, and negotiate elevators and escalators for new installation projects.

•     Oversee job details throughout sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals / layouts and tracking to completion.

•     Implement new equipment sales installation process by working directly with field management on projects 

•     Coordinate activities and information related to ordering and installation of Otis equipment.

•     Monitor collection of accounts.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

•     Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent in relevant sales work experience.

•     At least 3 years of sales experience; sales experience within the elevator industry is highly desired.

•     Proficiency in reading/understanding architectural drawings and specifications.

•     Communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English.

•     Interpersonal and organizational skills.

•     No travel restrictions.
