What will you be responsible for as an HR Operations Specialist

• Being responsible for local recruitment operations and on-boarding processes, making sure that search and selection processes are handled according to the Bunge competency framework and procedures in a timely manner.
• Actively involving into the compensation and benefits processes through providing / overseeing the timely management of the payroll data and supporting the annual compensation cycle process.
• Ensuring a clear and effective communication with the regional HR support (Bunge Business Services) functions, especially on commonly governed data management and HRIS tasks. 
• Making sure that all social security related transactions and employee disciplinary procedures are strictly in line with the local laws, Bunge policies and code of conduct.
• Being responsible for all HR data management ensuring that HR data is up to date provided the clarity and accuracy in reporting to the related parties.
• Managing mobility processes with high customer satisfaction and 100% compliance to the related laws and regulations in a timely manner.
• Rigorously implement a zero-incident safety culture across the HR team, as well as supporting and communicating safety actions adequately and effectively throughout the organization. Overseeing the compliance to the legal framework.
• Responsible for internal external communication projects in Bunge Turkey and supporting global communication team for translations
• Providing forecast data to Financial Planning & Analysis Department when needed for HR employee costs for entire population in the country
• Supporting Finance Department in terms month-end closure HR reports such as vacation liability, headcount and severance data’s and intercompany charges
• Accurate Workforce Planning both for Central Functions and Industrial Operations during workforce planning period
• Manage the coordination with all third-party companies for payroll, pension, meal tickets or any benefit operations
• Supporting HRBPs in terms of any HR Operations projects and activities

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• Good communication skills and the ability to manage a multitude of customers, i.e managers, employees, inhouse skill centers and offshore center
• University degree obtained from relevant fields of study
• At least 4 - 5 years of working experience in HR Operations (in a multinational company)
• Advanced English skills
• Basic knowledge of Turkish labor laws, social security, and payroll management
• Process management and highly developed follow up skills
