What you will be doing as a Maintenance Engineer – Izmir Plant

The focus of the role is to optimally manage plant maintenance organization, including contractors and other sub ordinaries. Ensure plant is running with minimum interruptions by technical reason through implementation of technical knowledge and Bunge Asset Care system.

Main accountabilities

• Managing and reporting daily, monthly and annually Predictive and Preventive Maintenance Work Scheduling
• Supporting Following up Maintenance Budget
• Preparing Maintenance CAPEX requirement and planning for Execution of this CAPEX with Project department.
• Follow up of Maintenance Related Internal and External Audit Actions,
• Supporting Maintenance Technical Stock Warehouse to make accurate stock control
• Reporting Maintenance Related Plant Capacity Utilization loss of plant.
• Execute RCA for Plant Capacity Lost Maintenance Failure and Follow up the actions.
• Supporting Predictive Maintenance Activity
• Improving Maintenance Work Planning and Scheduling efficiency of Maintenance team
• Supporting programs and initiative in Plant to develop plant Asset Reliability
• Keeping maintenance records up-to-date in SAP
• Preparing Development Plan for Maintenance Team (skill improvement of team members).
• Supporting Plant Development about People Safety, Food&Feed Safety and Sustainability, System improvement, make Kaizen, use different CI tools, etc.).
• Working for well-maintained of mechanical systems,

What do we expect from our future colleague

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance Management
• Maintenance experience which may include hydraulics & controls, mechanical, welding, pneumatics.
• Proficiency mechatronic and mechanical issues.
• Knowledgeable in SAP PM module
• Experience in the food industry sector
• Proficient English
