Treasury Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily follow up of balance sheet and contract exposures
• Execution of spot and forward FX transactions, follow up deal confirmations, deal settlements and fixings.
• Accounting posting of spot and forward transactions in Treasury Module
• Preparing FX exposure reporting accurately and timely
• Fulfilling Central Bank requirements
• Monitor regulatory changes in the country and take actions to ensure compliance
• Following the markets and insights and acting on time to reduce economical risks
• Daily cash inflow and outflow follow up
• Controlling and execution of domestic and import payments
• Funding negotiations with Banks
• Recording bank loans into Treasury Module and making related accounting postings
• Managing the fixed/float profile of debt portfolio to minimize cost of debt.
• Relations with both internal and external auditors
• Providing information or documents requested by financial institutions
• Bank and SOX related documentation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree from top-tier universities, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
• Master’s degree in finance/Economics and/or an MBA is preferable
• New graduate or maximum 2 years of related experience preferably within’ the Finance or Treasury Functions of multinational companies
• Curious and flexible individual with ability to adjust to changing priorities and willingness to grow professionally
• Advanced level of English both written and oral
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
• Proficient with MS programs especially Excel
• Data driven, analytic, ability to work as a team
• Ability to follow and evaluate economic developments
• Strongly analytical
