Bunge is looking for young professionals to join our entrepreneurial, multicultural and committed team. We are a global company with more than 200 years’ experience. We produce oils and milled grains, which are key ingredients in some of the world’s biggest brands, private label products and millions of restaurant meals.

YEP is Bunge’s graduate program for young professionals who want to develop a career in industrial operations and be part of a 200-year old company that feeds a growing world. YEP candidates are given the opportunities to build their expertise in engineering, project management, production management, innovation, productivity end environmental sciences roles in our industrial facilities across Europe and Asia.

We are offering a permanent position in Bunge and be part of our Graduate Engineer Program of 18 months duration. Be part of our 18-month Engineering Graduate Program and acquire a solid foundation in Industrial Operations. Through “hands-on” experience and unique learning opportunities you will learn about the different aspects of our operations, understand our business and gain technical skills in Bunge’s production processes, projects and continuous improvement initiates.

Competencies:

To be a recent graduate in Chemical, Quality, Food, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Environmental Sciences

Excellent communication skills and a gift for solving problems

To be adaptable to change and excited about continuous improvement

Motivated to learn and develop in a team environment

Excellent English language skills

To be able to consider work outside your home country based on company opportunities

Up to 2 years previous work experience and international exposure (through travels, study-aboard, etc.) would be an advantage
